The SCADA system deployed more than 23,000 Monitoring Devices island-wide. The System monitors lift operations such as passenger trapped, lift breakdowns, lift under maintenance, rescue operation, etc.

Data are sent from devices via low cost lease lines or GPRS wirelessly to the Master Station.  The system allows users to login and receive real-time data from the field.  Users or Service Providers can make use of the information to monitor lift maintenance, dispatch maintenance team to rescue trapped passengers, monitor turnaround time for repairs, etc.

Video Surveillance Integrated SCADA System

The Lift Video Surveillance System was integrated to the Monitoring Devices that monitors the lift operations.  The integration allows video footages or images to be retrieved via existing low cost lease lines or GPRS without the need to upgrade the existing network infrastructures.  The video surveillance system helped to deter crimes and vandalism in lifts.

We have successfully deployed our SCADA system in Tertiary Institutions, Hospitals and Gardens By The Bay for energy consumption monitoring. The systems can hook up to more than 1000 power meters, it also monitors the switchboards breakers status including UPS and battery status.  For Gardens By The Bay, there are more than 15,000 points configured.  Monthly energy consumption and ad-hoc reports can be generated from the system and export into pdf format or Microsoft Excel, csv format for billing to tenants.

Willowglen uses third-party Public Address (PA) and Fireman Intercom (FI) System, that have been widely accepted in Singapore. Our proposed systems are designed and installed in accordance to Singapore Standard SS546. It is well-suited for airports and railway stations, factories, shopping malls and hospitals. For Yishun Community Hospital, we have successfully commissioned a large-scale PA System with approximately 3,000 speakers.
