OTHERS WILLOWGLEN MSC BERHAD ("WILLOWGLEN") - PROPOSED SINGLE TIER FINAL DIVIDEND OF 2.0 SEN PER ORDINARY SHARE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2017

The Board of Directors of WILLOWGLEN had resolved to recommend a Single Tier Final Dividend of 2.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2017, subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.



The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid Single Tier Final Dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
