We refer to the Company's announcement on 26 February 2020 in relation to the Single-Tier Final Dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share of Willowglen. The Company wishes to clarify that the Single-Tier Final Dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share of Willowglen in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The Constitution of the Company provides that the Directors may authorise a distribution at such time and in such amount as the Directors consider appropriate, if they are satisfied that the Company will be solvent immediately after the distribution is made. The said authorisation was obtained on 26 February 2020. This announcement is dated 4 May 2020. |
