OTHERS NEW CONTRACT AWARDED

The Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that on 24 April 2019, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has been awarded the following contract by Public Utilities Board, Singapore:

• Part A of the contract valued equivalent to approximately RM59,700,000 for the Replacement of SCADA, Control and Auxiliary Systems at Johor River Waterworks – Construction Works.

The commencement date of the contract is on 2 May 2019 and will be completed by 1 May 2022.

• Part B of the contract valued equivalent to approximately RM3,200,000 for the Replacement of SCADA, Control and Auxiliary Systems at Johor River Waterworks – Maintenance Services.

Part B of the contract will commence immediately after the completion of Part A of the contract for a period of 24 months.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending 31 December 2019 to 2024.

The contract is not renewable and the risks in respect of the contract are the normal business risks.

None of the directors and / or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract awarded.
