NEW ISSUE OF SECURITIES (CHAPTER 6 OF LISTING REQUIREMENTS) : BONUS ISSUES WILLOWGLEN MSC BERHAD ("WILLOWGLEN" OR THE "COMPANY") BONUS ISSUE

We refer to the announcements dated 19 March 2018, 20 March 2018, 27 March 2018 and 25 May 2018.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that 248,000,000 Bonus Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 12 June 2018.

Following the above, Willowglen will have an enlarged number of issued shares of 496,000,000 ordinary shares (including 9,346,800 Willowglen Shares to be held as treasury shares).
