Pursuant to Paragraph 14.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that Ms. Chin Swee Ming, the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, had on 7 January 2019 given notice of her direct dealing in the securities of the Company outside the closed period, details as set out in the table below:

   • The reference to the provision of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad should be read as Paragraph 14.09 instead of Paragraph 14.08(d), as stated in the announcements made on 7 January 2019 and 8 January 2019 respectively.
